These nose hoops are so fantastic and versatile. You insert the hoop from the inside of the nostril and feed it through. The little disk on the end serves as a stopper, to keep the hoop from sliding all the way through the nostril.
The hoop stays open, so you don't need to "do it up" or close it in any way.
