PICK-UP IN STORE RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may within 7 days return for a full refund or a store credit of any regular priced items if the items are:

After you have completed your order you will have 3 days to pick it up in store. If you can't make it within the 3 days please contact us immediately and we can schedule a new pick up date.
POSTAL RETURNS
Returns by postal will be at the expense of the customer unless the item was damaged during the shipping process. We carefully inspect and photograph all items before we send them out to you to ensure you are receiving your items in perfect condition.
When you receive your order please inspect it immediately. If the item is damaged please email us within the next business day explaining the reasoning behind the return. Once we have approved the return you will be responsible for shipping the package to us.
Please note that all returns are not a guaranteed reimbursed - they are all subject to inspection once we receive them back. Please allow us up to 5 business days after we have received your items to process the return. Once we have determined that the item is returnable you will receive a full product refund or store credit and a postal refund if the item is defective. In order to receive the postal refund you must email us a photo of the receipt. For any returns that are not defective you will only receive a product refund and NOT the postal refund.
As stated above the following items are final sale - no exceptions: gift certificates, earrings, undergarments & clearance items. The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, original tags attached and in the original packaging. Any tags that have been cut off or pinned will not be accepted.
All returns must be post-marked 14 days after the item was received - if it is not the return will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to you at your expense. The return will only be processed onto the credit card that was used to make the original purchase - no exceptions. If your return item is lost in the mail we are not responsible for the reimbursement for the lost merchandise.

CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY: All Christmas returns must be returned/exchanged by January 5th 2019 - NO EXCEPTIONS! Please see above for all the policies regarding what is considered final sale. All postal returns follow the policy above "Postal Returns" with the exception that all returns must be post-marked before January 5th 2019.
LADIES NIGHT POLICY: Due to the high volume of sales on our Ladies Night any orders that are placed on November 10th 2018 will not be a guaranteed sale. If you have purchased an item and it was sold on Ladies Night you will be reimbursed.
WINTER BLOWOUT: Anything purchased with this sale is FINAL SALE!
