We are currently only shipping within Canada and not Internationally.
PICK UP IN STORE POLICY
After you place your order we will prepare your items and send you a confirmation once they are ready to be picked up. Payment must be fully completed online before order will be prepared. When you arrive to pick up your order you must have your confirmation number for proof of purchase. You can either print the email off for us or you can show us on your mobile device. We ask that if you are unable to pick up within 3 business days please contact us and advise us of your pickup date.
Online orders will be processed Monday thru Saturday and ready to ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Orders placed between 1 pm CST Saturday thru midnight CST Sunday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. Orders are shipped out via Canada Post and may take up to 7 days to ship to you, depending on your location.
On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event we will contact you to gather the necessary information we need to finish processing your order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after five business days we reserve the right to cancel your order.
We will be closed the following holidays in 2018 so your order will not be processed until the following business day. All orders placed after 12pm CST on the 24th of December will not be processed until the 27th of December. All orders placed after 12 pm CST on the 29th of December will not be processed until the 2nd of January 2019. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We are excited to offer free shipping anywhere in Canada on orders over $150.
For orders under $150, there will be a Canada-wide flat rate shipping cost of $10. Large and /or bulky items may result in extra shipping charges, please contact us with any concerns.
You may also choose to pick up your purchase in store. Just select the pick-up option at checkout, and we'll e-mail you when it's ready for pick up. We reserve the right to cancel and void or refund payment of any order at any time.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
