Our mission is to 'reduce plastic straw use by giving people a convenient, collapsible, reusable alternative. In doing so, we hope to make the public more aware of the devasting effects of plastic pollution.
Why, is a reusable straw so important?
Plastic straws cannot be recycled, and they don't decompose. which means they almost always end up clogging landfills, polluting our ocean waterways, causing harm to aquatic creatures or just littered everywhere. They also claim Americans alone use around 500 million straws per day, many of which are made from plastic and will end up as unwanted trash for a long, long time.
