Maple Walnut Baked Brie

  • All you need:
    - Maple & Walnut Brie Topping (included)
    - 4 tsp (20 ml) orange juice or liqueur
    - 225 g (8 oz) small round Brie/Camembert
    - 1 french baguette, sliced thinly

    All you do:
    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Score the top rind with a knife OR remove top rind of cheese, leaving rind on sides and bottom intact. Place cheese, cut side up, in skillet or brie baker. Put contents of toppings pouch, butter and brandy or juice in a small microwave safe bowl, and microwave for approximately 25-30 seconds. Stir to blend. Microwave for 2 more increments of approximately 25-30 seconds, stirring each time. Pour mixture evenly over prepared cheese. Place skillet or Brie Baker in center of hot oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with baguette slices.

CHERRY WALNUT

  • All you need:
    - Cherry & Walnut Brie Topping (included)
    - 14 g (1 tbsp) salted butter
    - 15 ml (1 tbsp) orange juice
    - 225 g (8 oz) small round brie/Camembert
    - 1 baguette, sliced thinly

    All you do:
    Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Score the top rind with a knife OR remove top rind of cheese, leaving rind on sides and bottom intact. Place cheese cut side up in a ceramic baker or skillet. Put contents of toppings pouch in a small, microwave safe bowl, add the butter and orange juice, and microwave 15-25 seconds. Spread the prepared topping over the cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven & serve with baguette slices.
